1-2 tablespoons soaked linseeds / chia seeds
1 apple or other fruit
2 handfuls of greens: spinach, coriander, basil, parsley, nettle, lettuce etc.
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 small piece of ginger
½ avocado (optional)
½ cup green tea
Blend all in a Vitamix / Nutribullet and enjoy!
